You'll be part of the Operational Care Center, where accuracy in data, documentation, and collaboration with Customer Care truly makes the difference.
How you create impact
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments: Oversee everything from preparation to execution, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
- Manage bookings with carriers: Submit and track export bookings through our operational system, taking care of every detail.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders: Maintain clear communication with Customer Care specialists, carriers, and agents for both imports and exports.

Verify shipment instructions: Ensure all documentation, schedules, and local regulations are in full compliance, resolving any discrepancies proactively.
Monitor vendor performance: Track service levels from carriers and agents, and escalate issues when commitments are not being met.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in Sea Logistics (Mandatory)
- Experience in Export Operations (Mandatory)
- Conversational English (Desirable)
- Experience in Freight Forwarding (Desirable)
