Ensure the efficient and accurate execution of tasks within the Revenue Service Center in the Air Logistics area, including invoice preparation, confirmation of expected gross profit, and recognition of supplier invoices. The specialist must guarantee data quality, timely process compliance, and apply critical thinking to every activity. A process- and systems-oriented mindset is expected, with strict adherence to operational instructions, effective first-time problem-solving, and the use of automated tools. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for identifying process deviations and areas for improvement.
How you create impact
- Oversee and manage assigned tasks within the Revenue Service Center through the automation of business processes.
- Execute and monitor daily activities, including month-end financial closing.
- Lead the resolution of challenges, fostering continuous improvement in related processes.
- Drive automation initiatives such as semi-automated invoicing, leveraging quotations, and automatic file closure.
- Maintain effective and consistent communication with all teams involved

- Professional background in Finance, Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in accounting processes within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong command of technology tools focused on accounting workflows and task automation.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
