Your Mission:
Support customers by resolving order-related inquiries through chat and email. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience.

What We Offer:
Base Salary: $2,200,000 + performance bonuses (15% of base salary) +100.000 health allowance+ full legal benefits
Schedule: Night shift | 44 hours/week | 9:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. | 2 days off per week
Contract Type: “Contrato obra o labor” with all legal benefits
Start Date: September 8th, 2025
Location: On-site at Connecta Bogotá – Cll 26 #92-32
