We are looking for a Growth SP&A Lead to join the Growth team and drive our Turbo strategy forward. This person will take ownership of tracking, improving, and steering growth performance within Turbo, as well as being the driving force that aligns stakeholders to execute strategies that achieve sustainable, profitable growth. Your success will be defined by how well you understand the business model, how precisely you define actionable input metrics, and how relentlessly you guide the team to results.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Define growth strategy and targets
Develop a deep understanding of our business model and define clear, measurable input metrics that drive Turbo’s growth.
Set quarterly and monthly growth goals aligned with strategic company objectives.
Track performance and enforce accountability
Build weekly tracking systems and dashboards to monitor progress toward Turbo’s growth goals.
Create visibility on gaps and steer action plans to course-correct.
Budget ownership and resource allocation
Allocate marketing spend across strategic priorities based on ROI, efficiency benchmarks, and forecasted outcomes.
Design investment frameworks that ensure we’re putting capital to its best use.
Drive insight and unlock growth
Identify levers of revenue growth and efficiency through data and cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with product, marketing, ops, and local teams to design and execute initiatives that move the needle.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
4+ years of experience in strategic marketing, consulting, growth, finance, or FP&A teams at tech companies.
Strong analytical and business judgment skills.
Proven ability to manage performance tracking, forecast models, and resource allocation frameworks.
Experience with SQL or data tools is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
Bilingual (English + Spanish) Portuguese a plus.
