SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Administrative & Operations Assistant to support a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing both business and personal tasks. If you're someone who takes initiative, thrives on follow-through, and communicates with clarity and confidence.
• Monthly Compensation: 1,060 USD to 1,150 USD
Responsibilities - include, but are not limited to
•Making and receiving professional calls as part of daily communication
•Managing a bilingual inbox and ensuring timely responses
•Following up with both clients and suppliers to keep everything on track
•Preparing quotes and maintaining organized, up-to-date records
•Providing reliable back office support and occasional personal assistance
•Coordinating calendars and managing daily agendas
•Keeping documents updated, well-organized, and easy to access
•Tracking leads and ensuring no follow-up falls through the cracks
•Proactively informing the client of important needs, updates, or pending tasks
•Supporting a variety of administrative functions with precision and efficiency
•Assisting with online meetings and team communications
Key Skills
•Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)

•Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Dynamics, and Adobe Acrobat

Requirements
•1+ year of experience in an administrative or assistant role
•Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
•Proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft Office, and task management tools
•Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, RingCentral, and Zoom is a plus
•Own computer/laptop with headset and high-speed internet (10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up)
