The Opportunity: Own the Edit, Shape the Story
We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Video Editor who knows how to turn raw, unscripted footage into strategic, high-impact content.You'll work across TikTok, YouTube (Shorts and Longform), LinkedIn, Instagram, and more — shaping messages that influence and drive momentum.
We move fast and we expect you to match our pace. If you deliver on time or ahead of schedule, you’re in rhythm with the team. During critical launches or urgent projects, or if delays happen, we’ll push harder together and that can include weekend work. The goal is always to move quickly, keep quality high, and deliver when it matters most.
Your First Weeks: Dive Deep & Prove Yourself
When you start, you'll be paid, but understand this is an active training and evaluation period. You won't just be passively learning; you'll be aggressively researching, rapidly onboarding, and actively contributing from day one. This phase is designed to confirm you're the right fit for our demanding pace and unique culture. This isn't a guaranteed long-term position from the start. We’re transparent because we’re committed to finding our core team — and the right people will be excited by this challenging yet rewarding entry point.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Edit raw talking-head footage and screen recordings into punchy, strategic videos that capture attention
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form highlights across platforms
- Create smart narrative flow — pacing, tension, payoff — without heavy scripting
- Adapt content by platform while maintaining a sharp, consistent brand tone
- Apply light motion and visual cues to improve clarity and engagement
- Take full ownership of the post-production process — from asset cleanup to final exports
Experience Requirement & Portfolio Submission
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in video editing for brand-focused content, campaigns, or media production.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, pacing, and high-quality edits that align with brand identity and multi-platform distribution (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Portfolio must be submitted with your application — failure to provide will result in automatic rejection.

Compensation & Uncapped Growth
This role offers a structured pathway to career advancement with transparent milestones from day one:
- Test Phase (1 Week): You’ll begin with a one-week test phase. If you complete the entire week—whether or not you’re ultimately hired—you will receive a $100 payment. Incomplete test phases (e.g., dropping out before Day 5) will not be compensated.
- Training Phase (First Month):
- Upon hire, you’ll enter the initial training phase with a base salary of $500/month.
- If you demonstrate mastery and no longer require training before the end of the month, your salary will immediately increase to $800/month upon verification.
- If additional training is needed, the salary will remain at $500 for the full first month.
- Performance Bonuses: After training, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus ranging from $100–$400+ per month, tied to clear milestones and targets.
- Long-Term Growth: This demanding, fast-paced environment rewards those who deliver results with direct impact. High performers can expect rapid career progression—including salary increases, higher bonuses, team management opportunities, and expanded roles with significantly greater responsibilities and compensation.
