👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of AR specialists.
✔️ Monitoring daily operations and ensuring team KPIs are met.
✔️ Preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
✔️ Handling complex billing issues and ensuring timely collections.
✔️ Collaborating with internal teams and U.S.-based clients to improve processes.
✔️ Providing regular performance updates and financial reporting to leadership.
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Proven leadership experience – you know how to build and guide a strong team.
✅ Fluent English communication skills – written and verbal (C1+ preferred).
✅ A can-do attitude – you approach challenges with positivity and solutions.
✅ Proactiveness – you don’t wait to be told, you take the lead.
✅ A background in billing, accounts receivable, or finance.
✅ Strong Excel and billing/accounting software skills.
✅ Great time management and the ability to juggle priorities.
