What You’ll Do:
- Answer and redirect incoming calls, ensuring efficient communication with clients and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in good condition.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for team events.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor.
- Have previous experience in an administrative role (preferred) and experience in architecture or construction is a plus.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Are a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
