Responsibilities
- Prioritize Solution Plays and align to Area Opportunity Framework – Innovate, Balance & Scale
- Lead Copilot growth by emphasizing business value, comprehensive security, and Employee transformation with Viva, fostering adoption, and delivering impact to expand seats. Partner with BizApps Specialists on extensibility
- Lead ME3 cloud penetration with ME3 + Copilot and continuing D2C and OtoM sales motions
- Develop Windows 365 opportunities and AVD workload
- Drive success for top-priority FY26 Project Enterprise renewals
- Support ME5 upsell motion partnership security
- Keep account plan and MSX updated
- Develop compete plan against key competitors
- Engage with partners on co-sell opportunities
- Drive new pipeline and BDM/ITDM intent to buy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in technology-related sales and account management.
- Spanish and English is required.
- Able to work onsite in Medellin, Colombia.
