About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Travel Service Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for supporting the operations and service delivery of a specialized travel service program. The role requires collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and clients to ensure the seamless execution of travel-related services and solutions. The coordinator will play a key part in managing service inquiries, proposal generation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for inquiries and requests related to the travel program, ensuring timely and accurate responses across all communication channels.
- Provide daily operational support for the management of individual and group policies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage proposals tailored to client needs, including evaluating corporate requests and gathering requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of proposal statuses, client profiles, and documentation.
- Train agents and stakeholders on product features, tools, and processes through corporate presentations.
- Develop and update internal guides and process flows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and communicate requirements for online tool improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at operational enhancements and service delivery improvements.
- Support the development of FAQ documents and educational resources to enhance client experience.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and performance analyses to support decision-making.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese is essential.
- Strong experience in health or travel insurance services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and across departments.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in client service both via phone and in-person interactions.
