About the position

Join our team as a Revenue Growth Account Executive, where you'll be at the forefront of negotiations focused on maintaining and growing the company's revenue base. Your primary goal will be to maximize customer value and drive revenue expansion by proactively identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals. Leveraging your consultative approach and deep understanding of customer needs, you will implement tailored strategies that enhance product adoption, optimize customer investment, and ensure long-term retention.

The Revenue Growth Account Executive plays a crucial role in helping customers extract the full value of our solutions, ensuring that they recognize and act on opportunities to enhance their usage. Your primary focus will be proactively engaging customers to drive business expansion and secure renewals, guiding them to new features, additional services, and customized solutions that align with their evolving needs.

As a Revenue Growth Account Executive, you will build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, manage contract renewals proactively, identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Operational teams. You will monitor customer engagement, anticipate potential churn risks, and implement initiatives that boost customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time)

The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
